There aren’t enough words to express the gratitude I have for Within. Even trying to write this review feels challenging because what I experienced there was so much deeper than words can capture. From the moment I arrived, it felt like the land itself was sacred. There is a peace and presence there that invites you to slow down, breathe, and simply be. In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, Within offers something incredibly rare—a safe, nourishing space where real healing can happen. The people who serve there are extraordinary.
Within changed my life, from darkness to light. I think a lot of people hear ketamine, and think "is this for me", "how can it change my life".. the medicine, the space, the way it transmutes patterns, shadows, and fear onto the stage to tackle. The team, the space is 100%.
I absolutely adore this place. I’ve attended a few events here and always leave feeling refreshed and inspired. I even had a really pleasant experience trying to book a day retreat with them. It didn’t end up happening, but the communication was smooth and they were incredibly accommodating with all of my requests. ✨

In the business's own words
Within Center is Texas's first ceremonial psychedelic therapy and integration center (offering day sessions & weekly retreats) for guided sacred ketamine-assisted therapy held with sacred reverence, not a clinical drip in a fluorescent room. We're located on AWKN Ranch, a 12-acre luxury wellness sanctuary just minutes from downtown Austin, where every session unfolds in beautiful yurts guided by experienced practitioners who blend clinically informed care with ancient ceremonial wisdom. Because Within Center lives on AWKN Ranch, your healing is surrounded by everything the sanctuary offers: a resort pool, saunas, hot & cold plunges, hammock garden, Temple Space, pickleball court, wellness center, and Retreat House lodging.
