American Local Biz is published by Citation Vault LLC. This register lists health and personal care businesses across the United States and Canada.

Listings come from public data or from the business owner. Public data means details a business has already made public, such as its own website and its public business profiles, including Google.

Ratings and review quotes on profiles come from Google Reviews. We store the rating, count and up to three quotes from our records.

We add Free Listings from public data ourselves, and they stay free. A business owner can also ask for an entry through the add your business page or by email on the contact page.

Every business can have a free listing. A business can also buy a Featured listing, which is paid. Featured buys visibility only and is not a rating or an endorsement.
