WellQuest of Elk Grove

When I took the tour there were so many lies. Horrible response time when you need anything. Salon is not full service. Half the time the van to take you to appointments doesn’t have a driver. They dump you off at the curb. They do not take you to your appointment. If you ask to be wheeled around it will cost you. I can go on and on. Currently looking for another facility.

My Mum became a resident in January. She passed in April, so we didn't have a long stay. However, the medical services were very lacking. She payed to receive medication twice a day and could ask for comfort meds as needed. She was told she had to wait for them, she could not have Tylenol until they were ready to provide it. I had to ask for an itemized bill each month, it was never really itemized and I reminded them each time that I had not received it. My Mums monitor did not work and she called 911 for help in the middle of the night since no one from Well Quest responded.

Xochitl Vuittonet, Journey Director for this facility is exceptional. She always demonstrates deep caring for her residents and staff. Xochitl is professional and thorough. I appreciate working with her!
