Did not receive what was ordered. Had note on receipt stating it would be shipped from a partner warehouse. Never got it. Emailed Utoya and they offered a replacement. Waited a few days without any follow up email. Emailed back and was told I would receive tracking info but have yet to receive any communication from them. Quick to respond but slow to react.
I had an issue and customer service took care of it. They have good products, Ill be ordering again
I received my order today and the products have melted into one big mess. Edit: Update, manufacturer contacted me and will be replacing the product by shipping with an ice pack. They have experienced this in the past. Rapid response, great customer service. I'm stoked.
