I went to Truewood by Merrill to check into Assisted Living for my cousin. Mariah Bishel gave us a tour that was very informative. She showed us the facility and we discussed the opportunity of moving her there. We Will discuss this and contact Mariah.
Community relations director Mariah Bishel just gave my mom and me a tour yesterday! She was very generous with her time and patient with us while processing all the information. My mom loved the friendly staff and residents ( everyone appeared well and happy, both residents and staff 😊) There’s a real sense of connectedness and community. My mom loved it! She also liked the spacious apartments.
Security lacking. Tech talk was helpful, things were explained well. Provider knew and explained things simply so we could understand
