This is a one star review for a completely botched move-in process. They charged us for the entire month of September, saying my relatives could move in any time they want. They sent their movers and the movers took all the furniture away. The house has been listed for sale based on the move-in day that was discussed (today). Today they hit us with the news that they are still missing the paperwork needed and refused the move-in to happen.
I've been in the senior living industry for over 10 years and quick hospital move-ins can be tough. The team at Ivy Golden Gate went above and beyond for my client, treating them like family. Suzanne, the sales director, even went to their home to help pack and transfer medications - a level of service you don't always come accross. It's always a pleasure working with a community I can count on.
Beautiful environment, excellent chef, high quality, fine dining experience. Senior Round table was hosted on Thursday, April 10th, 2025 at 8:30-10:30
