Thank you Elena 😊 I needed a style for my hair , I had a picture of a stlye I liked showed Elena and she gave me the exact style I wanted ❤️ she is so professional , and I forget the name of girl who washed the hair , she is amazing with the massage she gives , I had a headache before I went in and came out with no headache 😉 thanks again to both of you ! I will be going back 100% ❤️
Terrible experience! These are trainees... who wash hair, especially highlights, with no speed or experience! For a professional salon... They assign people to wash highlights with color, which is very difficult and requires experience, and then they ask them to apply toner... without supervision or practice... It's pathetic... I don't want them practicing on my head... Because the trainee took too long to rinse my color quickly, my highlights absorbed some of the color and turned yellow...
