Ruth has been great for my wife and I! She has helped teach us skills that have been really beneficial for us. We have grown stronger as a couple and our communication has improved greatly because of the skills we have developed. We both would recommend her.

My time receiving treatment at Purple Sky has been a profoundly life-changing experience. As someone who's spent decades being conflicted and reticent to try therapy, and especially to start using mind-altering meds, I've always felt safe, respected, and well cared for at Purple Sky. My talk therapist, Ruth, has been a delight to work with. She's helped me out of my neurodivergent hermit shell, re-establish connections with old friends and family, reignite my gratitude for being alive in this day and age, and really get me back on my feet.

Ruth is an incredible therapist and is the best I’ve ever had. She is experienced in EMDR and I have had a lot of great growth working with her. She is very professional and finds a great balance between helping me think through decisions but not telling me what to do. Appointments can be in person or virtual and I appreciate that flexibility.
