This sets the tone making you feel comfortable and truly heard, creating a safe space for growth and healing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for support for their mental and emotional well-being.
My family has used therapists at this practice for individual support, relationship/couples support, and in a group setting. These supports have been life-changing whether the support for a mental health situation, improved communication, or just dealing with everyday life. We've appreciated any referrals that we've received from Kristin when other supports were needed as well. IMO, everyone should have a therapist to support them through life!
