Orchid Nail Lounge

I have been coming to this salon for quite some time and have always had my nails done by Kam. She recently left and went to another salon, and unfortunately, my experience today was very upsetting. The owner made several comments that made me feel like I was no longer welcome there. She asked if Kam had contacted me and whether I knew where she was working now, and then told me that I should go see her. She also made a very rude comment saying that everyone here is scared of me because I stare and check my nails a lot when they do my nails.

Really nice and pleasant nail lounge. My wife wanted me and my son to go with her today so we did. It was a nice relaxing pedicure. Staff is very nice and super attentive. I almost fell asleep a few times during the process. My feet feel completely renewed!

Today is my first day here after moving to the area, and I am completely happy with the experience I had with Orchid Nail Lounge! I’ve had the same nail salon for 7 years in a different area and have been nervous to find another salon I like since I’ve moved. However, Julie and the crew were so nice, so kind, very engaging, and provided a top tier experience. I will gladly be returning and am happy to have a new nail salon after my move. Thank you, everyone!
