We moved in September, 2025, about 6 months ago & are in our 70's. It was a huge decision to move away from our home of over 40 years where we raised our family in OP KS. We realized we couldn't keep the yard up & stay on top of home repairs anymore. We heard from a neighbor about Novel Place & scheduled a tour. We were very impressed with how happy everyone was, both residents & employees! The meals were a nice surprise too. The apartments were nice & had handicap features too. We loved the atmosphere of community we felt from the beginning!
Great community for seniors. The complex is fresh and well maintained. The staff is caring and hospitable to the residents and visitors. The apartments are well equipped for convenience and comfortable living.
This is a wonderful place to live. My Dad says he'd eat here everyday even if he didn't live here. It's his favorite restaurant. The staff are amazing and the residents are so nice.
