TERRIBLE SERVICE, IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT/SUBSCRIPTION. Two years ago I requested a cancellation, to this point they are still trying to charge me and wont respond any form of communication. DO NOT USE THEM
While necb might be easy to work with initially, they are terrible in the long run. 5 years after we decided to stop using the service we still get letters from collection agencies because they never close our account. We have even sent certified letters with their own paperwork filed out multiple times and we still get collections letters. Look up the necb lawsuit. This is not a one time thing but rather a common practice for this company.
New England Core blood was, and continues to be a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone considering private cord blood / cord tissue storage. Yes, the chances of you needing cord blood / tissue are slim, but the yearly cost is nothing if the situation arrises when you or your close family members are in need. They are so easy to work with and the process was a breeze!
