Sonia was very rude and unprofessional. She canceled my appointment without any notice. When I rescheduled, she messed up my haircut. Instead of trying to fix it or apologizing, she simply said, “Oh well, I like it.” That is not how a professional should treat a customer. I will never come back and would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Sonia remembered me from my first visit, over 3 years ago. She gave ne another great haircut. She’s a true professional and an excellent stylist. I’ll be back on a regular basis. Thank you Sonia.

The haircut was fantastic, but the professionalism just isn't there. The website has times listed for each day and I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. Sonia decides to cancel the appointment without giving a reason, less than 45 minutes before the appointment. Apparently she's not there on Saturdays and Sundays, which seems to be a lie since my last appointment with her was on Saturday. Last time she had to cancel an appointment due to an emergency on her end, which was completely fine with me, but this time it seems like an arbitrary cancellation.
