I can’t say enough good things about KarisMed and Dr. Vera. Back in February, my blood pressure was 157/106, I was overweight, exhausted, and honestly starting to worry about where my health was headed. Today, my blood pressure is down to 120/73 and I’m officially down 30 pounds since my February visit. What I appreciate most is that Dr. Vera didn’t just throw medication at me and send me on my way. She actually listened, helped me understand what was going on with my body, and created a realistic plan that I could stick to.
