Evolve at Lake Zurich

This place has gone so much down hill they’re understaffed and no one is happy here. And the main person at the front desk rosemary has an attitude anytime I say hi to her. Or anything Like that. And rosemary is a warden even Alice is the absolute worst.

Choosing an assisted living community is so tough, but we are so happy we chose Evolve for our mom. The staff here made her feel genuinely welcome and cared for from day one. There were SO many special people who were absolutely wonderful to her - I wish I could name them all, but this review would be too long! Every single person, from the front desk to the nurses, aides, housekeeping, and kitchen staff, offered a level of loving attention that left us in awe, particularly near the end.

My mom is a resident at Evolve and I was able to attend a passover dinner with her yesterday which was so nice The chef Ralph prepared all of the food which turned out to be delicious We had matzoh ball soup, Chopped liver, gefilte fish, roasted chicken And vegetables. He prepared and presented the Passover plate and food, which was commonly done at all Passover Seders.
