Dr. Bilal is a very experienced rheumatologist with a wonderful, caring staff. I would highly recommend her. We have had a difficult time with the insurance coverage which has been very stressful. I have to PRAISE the incredible staff of Dr. Bilal, not only did they take the time to listen to the stress we were feeling; but took the time to address our concerns in a very respectful & professional manner. They educated us on the process that the office undertakes in order to resolve this type of issue.
I have R.A. and osteoarthritis. I am delighted with the service and care I receive from Dr. S. Bilal and her staff. From the front desk, to the tech, and medical staff, the focus and customer service is professional and friendly. And Dr. Bilal is top-notch. She is caring, attentive, kind and knowledgeable. She's a hero. Couldn't get any better.
