Google Reviews
Rating this as a zero! Joined to lose weight just like everyone else, even though "resetting" your metabolism isn't actually a thing. Staff wasn't professional and never available to answer questions. Back office was beyond the worst! If you don't keep up with this for the rest of your life, you will gain your weight back. Oh wait!! You can rejoin for thousands to lose it all over again. You will also lose your hair because you lost weight too quickly and not in a healthy manner. Be skeptical! In fact, join other weight loss programs.
They really helped me kick start my journey and I have been able to keep my weight in check for the past year. I still communicate with my coach every now and then
Great results and easy to follow program. Reached my goal weight and then went below that.
