They wouldn’t let me receive services such as group and phone coaching until I reduced my symptoms, but they gave me no help whatsoever reducing my symptoms. Obviously I can’t do it on my own or I wouldn’t be there.

Horrible.....made appointment for virtual and waited weeks for help for my daughter only for no show on appointment and yet still billed my insurance $180. Very unprofessional to not even call especially after I took off work for the appointment. Do not use their services.

I can’t say enough great things about my ART session with Lisa Besler. After a past driving incident, I’d been carrying a ton of tension and anxiety every time I got behind the wheel to go somewhere new or on higher speed roads. Lisa immediately made me feel comfortable and understood, and she guided me through a session that was both calming and incredibly effective. By the end, I felt a noticeable release of stress—not just physically, but mentally.
