My family and I started going to this place since I retired from the military for about 6 years before they became out of network for my retired military insurance and the employees started changing (Lori and Ally gave us a great experience every time we went which made us stay for so long, it wasn’t necessarily the dentist because our interaction with her was limited, but I did start to notice changes in her attitude early on the more I went).
Very disappointed with billing department.
I’m giving a one star because a had an appointment for cleaning and it was my second appointment/cleaning with them. I choose them because they were in my network and I live close by and also my husband had been seen by them after being referred by the VA. After receiving several reminders about my appointment I showed up to get my teeth cleaned and the took x-rays, everything went well until checkout. At checkout I was told I owed money because they no longer accept my insurance, then they also said your husband owes us $500 + dollars which should have been already covered by the VA.
