Do not use these people if you want help for child. You will be lucky if they show up at all for appointments. They have repeatedly made appointments then after I drive an hour just not show up at all. I find it shameful the way they have treated my child and myself. I would not recommend them for anything and am so very disappointed after I gave them several chances to help my child which IS THEIR JOB!!!

One concern I have is that many patients feel their concerns are not being addressed in a timely manner. It appears the practice has grown significantly over the years, which is wonderful, but with that growth comes the need for adequate staffing and strong customer service. In my experience, the office manager and some staff members can come across as dismissive or unresponsive, which can be frustrating for patients who are seeking help.

Can’t say enough about Mr. George, he has helped me tremendously, great guy, and easy to talk to. Another shout out to Pamela in billing for helping me with all my billing needs!!!
