I am a new patient of Affinity)less than 2 weeks). Let me share my experience to date. Not only are the team members highly professional but the results of the treatment are remarkable. Practically immediate results bringing sustained relief from the negative factors that accompany withdrawal symptoms. I have now regained my appetite, my patience, sleep patterns and also have found again my true personality which brings joy to my heart, a smile to my face and laughter to my lungs. Thank you Affinity Healthcare for the tremendous satisfaction that I now feel following your program.
I’ve been a patient at Affinity Health Center in Norfolk, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the care I’ve received there. From the counselors to the nurses and administrative staff, everyone has treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. One thing that stands out is that they truly put patient care first. Recovery isn’t a one-size-fits-all process, and the staff understands that. They take the time to listen, work with patients individually, and help find solutions when life circumstances make things difficult.
The staff was very clique and was rude to their receptionist. Poor management.
