I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. I actually work in the medical field myself, and I used to refer my own patients to them. I will absolutely never recommend them again after the dynamic of misinformation and complete lack of professionalism I experienced. They gave me an appointment, but when I arrived, they told me I couldn't be seen because I hadn't prepaid for the consultation. This is ridiculous I have private insurance. What clinic refuses to let a patient see the doctor just because they didn't pay before even stepping foot in the building?
Receptionist was very professional answered all my questions and was able to help me as a walk in. Dentist also helped me and explained what we needed to do. I was able to get financial information. Got an appointment. To be continued.
