My father handed me a camera when I was 7 years old and told me to shoot, everything, everywhere. Since then, I have had a camera in both my hands. I studied photography in college and then went to LA to be a filmmaker. After graduating from the LA Film School as a director and producer I had a stint as a stuntwoman, worked on many films and music videos, and styled a Victoria Secrets commercial directed Michael Bay. I found out I was pregnant after 8 years in Los Angeles and chose family over Hollywood. I wanted my children to have the same childhood experience as I had, with trees, dirt and animals. So we moved north to Sonoma County.

Once back in Sonoma County, I had the great fortune of apprenticing with an award winning wedding photographer. After many years of hard work, I was hooked! It's a privilege to be there for people on one the most important days in their lives. To tell the story of it. To capture the drama, excitement, and beauty of it all.

Weddings are a unique and expressive avenue in photography, and requires a few additional skills. You must be able and willing to adapt to any situation and work with anyone. Every job I do brings out my creative side. I was prepared for this job by my experience in film and travels.
